myPDF Privacy Policy

In short

myPDF has no account and no ads. Your documents, signatures and settings stay on your device. We do not receive any of it.

Data we collect

None. myPDF does not collect personal data. There is no sign-up and no advertising.

What stays on your device

The app saves a few things on your device so it can remember them:

• your documents, folders and settings
• the signatures you save
• whether you have unlocked Premium

This data never leaves your device through the app. Deleting the app removes your documents and settings.

Camera and photos

myPDF asks for camera access only when you scan a document, and for photo access only when you import photos. Scans and imported photos are saved inside the app on your device and are never uploaded. You can delete them in the app at any time.

Backups

On iPhone and iPad, the app's data, including your documents, can be part of your own iCloud or computer backup if you have backups turned on. Those backups belong to your Apple account and we cannot see them.

Purchases

Purchases in myPDF are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see your payment details. The app checks your purchase with the store's own tools. Apple's and Google's privacy policies cover the data they process.

Internet use

myPDF works on your documents on your device, so it works without an internet connection. The app goes online only for these:

• buying or restoring Premium, and the store's rating prompt (Apple or Google)
• Chat, which may need a one-time download before you first use it. The download contains no personal data, and your documents and questions are not sent with it
• links you tap, such as this policy, which open in your web browser

Your documents and your questions never leave your device through the app.

Children

myPDF does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.

Your choices

Since we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to export or delete. You can delete documents in the app, turn off camera or photo access in your device settings, or delete the app to remove your documents and settings.
